1987年に京都でDJ活動を開始。
日本のテクノDJの第一世代として、Liqud Room(Shinjyuku, Tokyo),
Mashroom(Kyoto)等の伝説的なクラブでレジデントを努め、日本のクラブシーンを耕して来た。
Techno/Acid houseをベースとしながらも、長いキャリアと音楽への愛に裏打ちされた
幅広い選曲はダンスフロアーの潜在力を最大限に解放する。
1996年に大阪のAqua Recordsより、Fake名義でSquare / Circle をリリース、
2016年にBrawther監修の日本のハウス・コンピレーション、”ハウス Once Upon A Time In Japan…”にSquareが収録された。
現在主宰するパーティ、Social Infectionは今年23年目



In 1987, Kihira Naoki started his career asto play as a DJ in Kyoto. He was part of the first Techno wave and the first generation of DJs in Japan and he has been plowing Japanese club culture ever since.
In a career spanning several decades Kihira Naoki played as a resident DJ at legendary clubs such as Liquid Room in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Mashroom in Kyoto, and many others.
Kihira Naoki’s style is based on Techno and Acid House, but comprises a wide selection of different shades and sounds. Through his deep knowledge about all kinds of genres and his love of music in general, Kihira Naoki is able to set free the maximum energy on any dancefloor.
In 1996, Kihira Naoki released the “Square” / “Circus” EP under the moniker FAKE. In 2016, “Square” was included in the compilation “House Once Upon A Time in Japan…” curated by Brawther.
In 2017, Kihira Naoki’s influential and long-running “Social Infection / S.I” event series celebrates its 20th anniversary while Kihira Naoki reaches the 30th anniversary in his successful DJ career.
